So i finnaly got my pa upgrade kit and fat pads from mpcstuff.
When i oppened it i was like wtf.
The logo is now big on pad 16 and you can really feel it...
I know it was first smaller because a friend of me has the fat pads to.

Butt even worse.
The normal pads that you get with the upgrade kit have logos now to...

I like mpcstuff.

Butt these pads just make me mad

That's disappointing to hear. I have the ones for my 1000, and it wasn't a big deal due to them being black, and the logo being lower profile.

If they start doing this on all the sets that would be terrible. Bloc, you said 1000 upgrade also had the logo, hopefully it stops there. I just ordered a set from VST thinking I'd get the Akai OEM ones with the sharper corners, but it was actually a set of MPCStuff pads. These were standard ones, where they put the logo on a non visible part of the sheet.

I don't mind the logo, as long as they provide a sticker or something like that, but having the logo on a pad isn't very helpful. I haven't bought anything from them. Yet. But I in tend to do so when I got some more cash.

I know the guy from mpcstuff reads this forum so I'd like to let him know the following. I bought an MPC last week. I've already heard of your company, and not by seeing the logo but seeing several threads complaining about it. I have heard enough so that I won't be buying your product due to said logo. So instead of gaining you customers, it has cost you one.

Then you'd have a big chunk missing from one pad? It's a lesser of two evils, really...

i just gave them a call, they denied the accusation. i've been on the fence about the purchase for a couple of weeks now, i'd like to see some pics comparing them.

It is unfortunate that they have a logo on the new pads.I have bought and been very happy with the service they have provided me.My MPC would not function if it were not for the parts they have sold me.
MPC parts can be quite rare and they provide parts I do not want to research just replace.
Also if it is that bad can you not just isolate the pad(before you install) and and sand it even?TYPO

Whats up all. I understand your issues...

To set the record straight once again. THE PADS HAVE NOT CHANGED AT ALL SINCE ORIGNAL LOGO DESIGN. The pads have a VERY inconspicuous logo on them, the logo size has been and always will be the same size VERY VERY small.

You can search there are pictures on another thread located here...
http://www.mpc-forums.com/viewtopic.php ... 5&start=45

The pads manufactured by us do have the logo to support our company, just as any item you see in the free market. Please understand these do not affect the pad look or functionality in any way. We spend a lot of time making these things. Trust me having thick pads will make it worth it having a logo you will never notice.

Here is another picture of the pads (YES THEY DO HAVE LOGOS ON THEM) and you cant even tell. Can anyone see it, I took the pic and I cant even remember where it was :)

Ofc you gotta have a logo to support your company.:) As I said I don't mind the logo, and I can't even see it on the picture posted above.
